Group Sound Healing & Spiritual Meditation

Sound healing, also known as Sound Therapy or Vibrational Medicine, is an ancient wellness practice used for healing, relaxation, and self-care. It involves the use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit.

In a sound healing session, you typically lie down in a comfortable setting, close your eyes, and focus on sounds made by musical instruments like chimes, gongs, and singing bowls. These sound vibrations can have a powerful effect on our minds and bodies.

Sound healing is believed to trigger our relaxation response, counter the symptoms caused by chronic stress, and help balance our whole being. It’s used to aid meditation, as a holistic healing tool, and to connect with the spiritual side of life.

This sound healing practice will highlight themes of how the experience of sound manifests not only through hearing but through tactile physical vibrations and frequencies.

# What to bring with you to the session?

For this session, it’s recommended to wear loose, comfortable clothes. You will also want to bring a blanket, eye mask, wireless earbuds and a pillow for added comfort as you’ll be lying down during the session on a yoga mat.

Before the session, you’ll discuss your personal needs and desires. It’s important to have a clear intention for the session.

During the session, you’ll lie down on a yoga mat with your arms and legs uncrossed while the practitioner conducts the energy transmission and clearing. Your job is to just lay comfortably and relax with your eyes closed and receive the energy that the practitioner is channeling to you.
