Booking and Payment Help

Follow these steps when reserving your healing experience.

How do I choose a service?

Visit the Services page and choose either the 1-on-1 Healing Package or Local Group Healing. You may also register separately for the Free Online Healing Webinar.

Why do I see a 15-minute timer?

Your selected appointment time is temporarily held for 15 minutes while you complete payment. The booking is not confirmed until payment is successfully completed.

What happens if the timer expires?

The unpaid hold may expire and the selected appointment may become available to another client. Return to the booking page and choose an available time again.

How do I know my payment worked?

After successful payment, you should see the confirmation page and receive an email containing your service, date, time, and other session details.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Help

Please submit changes as early as possible.

1-on-1 Healing Package

Cancel 48 hours or more in advance: eligible for a full refund minus applicable processing fees.
Cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment: eligible for a 50% refund minus applicable fees.
Same-day cancellation or failure to attend: no refund.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and the notice provided.

Local Group Healing

Contact Healing Energy Transfer as soon as possible when you cannot attend.
Rescheduling or account credit may be considered depending on the notice provided.
Same-day cancellation or failure to attend: no refund.
If Healing Energy Transfer cancels the session, you may receive a refund or transfer your payment.

Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling requests should be submitted through the website or by contacting Healing Energy Transfer directly.

✦ Confirmation and Reminders

Email, Zoom, and Text Message Help

I did not receive my email

Check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email entered during booking was correct. Contact us if the confirmation is still missing.

I cannot find my Zoom link

Review your confirmation email and client dashboard. Contact Healing Energy Transfer before the scheduled session if you still cannot locate it.

How do text reminders work?

Text reminders are sent only when you separately agree to receive service-related SMS messages.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

Respectful Conduct

Service may be refused or discontinued when someone behaves abusively, threateningly, inappropriately, or disruptively toward Latife or another participant.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy .

Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.
